POLICY
We are happy to accept your return for regularly stocked inventory if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return it for an exchange or refund, please email us at info@sheervanity.com with your name, order information, reason for return and what action you would like us to provide. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will process your request.
Custom orders requesting 4 inch heels are "speical order" and take approximately 5-7 business days. There are no exchanges or refunds on shoes made with 4" heels, these shoes are made to order! I can promise you that you will love any shoe you order and our 4" heels are just beautiful. Shoe orders in size 11-14 are considered custom orders and are not a stock item. Production on these sizes take approximately 5-7 business days. There are no exchanges or refunds on shoes in these sizes.
Our shoes fit very true to size so what you normally wear in ladies shoes will be what you wear in our shoes. Our shoes come in whole sizes only. If you are in between with half sizing you will need to round up to the next full size. (example size 7.5 would be a size 8 in our size).
Shipping charges are not refundable on any return, you will be refunded on the purchase price of the shoes only.
Returns and Exchanges: If you feel you need to return or exchange your shoes, you must contact Sheer Vanity for a return authorization and have the shoes returned to us within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Anything past this time will not be accepted.
