We are happy to accept your return for regularly stocked inventory if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return it for an exchange or refund, please email us at info@sheervanity.com with your name, order information, reason for return and what action you would like us to provide.  Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will process your request.  Sorry No Returns on Special Order/Custom Order merchandise that is not a stocked item.

Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of shipment

For your protection, Health regulations prohibit the return or exchange of intimate apparel; including but limited to thongs, bikinis, lingerie, or any other garment of that nature.

Merchandise must have all clothing labels and tags attached and be in it’s original condition. We cannot accept returned merchandise that shows signs of wear.

Most of our fabrics are stretched lycra, stretched lace, or stretched mesh. Therefore, there will be a certain degree of play in the fit up or down. Actual fit will depend on your body measurements, shape and other features. If you are not sure on a size, or are in-between sizes, contact us so we may assist in choosing the proper size. (Please be sure to double check your size and color selection before placing your order). Shipping charges for returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
